PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Light and Shadow in Dialogue is a paired installation that explores illumination and absence as active spatial agents. Composed of two interrelated works—a suspended light installation and a wall-mounted shadow piece—the project examines how light and shadow shape perception, depth, and rhythm within architectural space. The Light installation is formed as a suspended trio. Circular frames are drawn into conical volumes through fine threads, giving structure to illumination itself. Light passes through layered rings and threads, softening into gradients rather than glare. Geometry and colour work together to guide, filter, and disperse light, allowing illumination to be experienced spatially rather than as a singular source.
